Publication number: 20240037197Abstract: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for identification and verification of brute force attacks using hash signature segmentation and behavior clustering analysis. The present invention is configured to receive a plurality of access attempts and an associated plurality of hash values; determine a failure request load based on the plurality of access attempts; determine whether the failure request load meets a failure threshold, wherein, in an instance where the failure request load meets the failure threshold, separating the plurality of access attempts associated with the failure request load into a plurality of hash clusters; generate a behavior cluster for each hash cluster based on shared behavior data of the plurality of access attempts; and determine, based on the behavior cluster for each hash cluster, a likelihood of misappropriation for each access attempt of the plurality of access attempts.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 29, 2022Publication date: February 1, 2024Applicant: BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATIONInventors: Vijay Kumar Yarabolu, Ravi Prasad Challagulla, Usha Kiran Maddela

Publication number: 20240022020Abstract: A cable connector includes an outer shell, an outer electrical conductor mounted within the outer shell and defining a first through hole, an insulating housing disposed inside the outer electrical conductor and defining a second through hole, an inner electrical conductor disposed inside the insulating housing and defining an insertion cavity and a connection hole communicating with the insertion cavity, a fastener mounted at least partially in the connection hole and operable to fasten a center conductor of the cable inserted into the insertion cavity, and an insulating ring fitted over the outer circumferential surface of the electrical conductor. The insulating ring is movable between a shielding position in which the first through hole is covered and a non-shielding position in which the first through hole is uncovered to allow the fastener to be exposed from the first and second through holes aligned with each other.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 17, 2023Publication date: January 18, 2024Applicants: TE Connectivity India Private Limited, Tyco Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.Inventors: Yunhe (Bill) Wang, Wenke He, Peng Zhai, Usha Kiran Govindaraj, G Praveen Kumar

Patent number: 6840000Abstract: The present invention provides an object catcher including a support shaft having a proximal end and a distal end, and a sheet portion arranged adjacent to the distal end of the support shaft. The sheet portion defines a periphery. The object catcher further includes a line having a first end portion and a second end portion and an intermediate portion between the first and second end portions. The intermediate portion of the line is slidably coupled to the periphery of the sheet portion, and the first and second end portions extend generally in parallel with the support shaft. With this construction, pulling the first and second end portions of the line in the direction from the distal end to the proximal end of the support shaft causes the periphery of the sheet portion to be gathered to thereby close the sheet portion.Type: GrantFiled: July 28, 2003Date of Patent: January 11, 2005Inventors: Michael Akhtar, Usha Kiran

Patent number: 6823507Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product are disclosed for detecting memory-related errors in a computer program during compiling of the computer program. In the method, static analysis is performed upon a computer program. One or more conditions in the computer program are computed based on the static analysis. Each condition is a test for checking a memory access in the computer program and can be either a pre- or post-condition. The validity of each condition in the computer program is then evaluated. If the evaluation is determinate during compiling, the presence or absence of memory-related errors in the computer program is reported. A condition is determinate if the condition is valid or invalid during compiling. Otherwise, computer code based on the condition is generated for incorporation in the computer program for run-time detection of memory-related errors.Type: GrantFiled: June 6, 2000Date of Patent: November 23, 2004Assignee: International Business Machines CorporationInventors: Ravi Srinivasan, Usha Kiran, Navin Kumar Sinha
