Also provided is a device for filling containers, and a container having an opening, a base region, and a main body integrally formed with the opening and the base region, the main body being bent by a specified bending angle around a specified circumferential folding edge of the main body in such a way that the opening of the container is arranged closer to the base region than the circumferential folding edge is, wherein the position of the folding edge relative to the base region of the container can be changed during an expansion of the container.
