    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for the enantioselective acylation of trans-2-benzyloxycyclohexylamine or cis-2-benzyloxycyclohexylamine, according to which an enantiomer mixture of 2-benzyloxycyclohexylamine is reacted with an acylation agent in the presence of a hydrolase.
