  • Patent number: 9751432
Abstract: A vehicle seat fitting system includes a fitting (10) with a first and second fitting part (11, (12) to lock and rotate about an axis (A), a transfer rod which unlocks the fitting and a hand lever (5), which rotates the transfer rod to unlock the fitting. A stop module (50) is supported on the fitting to rotate about the axis and stop the hand lever and one of the fitting parts in relation to each other in a one rotational direction. The stop module has a stop (50b) and the one fitting part has a counter stop (51) that define a rotational angular range. A restoring spring (54) with spring ends (54b, 54c) preloads the stop (50b) in the direction of the counter stop. One of the spring ends is fastened to a spring mount (3b) arranged outside of the stop module in a radial direction.

  • Patent number: 9469221
Abstract: A fitting system for a vehicle seat having a fitting (10), which has a first fitting part (11) and a second fitting part (12), which fitting parts can be locked to one another and can be rotated relative to one another about an axis (A). A transmission rod (7) rotates during an unlocking process to unlock the fitting (10) against the torque and follows a characteristic curve (M35) generated by a spring arrangement (35). A hand lever (5) initiates the unlocking process, the actuation of which rotates the transmission rod (7). A shaped spring (61) is active between a first component (63) and a second component (64) which rotate, relative to one another during the unlocking process. The torque generated by the shaped spring follows a non-linear characteristic curve (M61) which, together with the approximately linear characteristic curve (M35) of the spring arrangement (35), produces an overall characteristic curve (Moverall).

  • Patent number: 9216668
Abstract: A vehicle seat fitting includes a relatively rotatable first fitting part, with toothed ring, and second fitting parts, with guide segments. Catches are guided between locked and unlocked states by the guide segments and interact with the toothed ring to lock the fitting. A spring-loaded rotatable eccentric acts such that the catches interact with the toothed ring. A rotatably supported driver rotates the eccentric. An indicator is connected to the driver or to a fastening ring fastened to the driver. An adapter is connected to an operating lever and is supported on the driver or on the fastening ring. A sensor, fastened to the adapter, is connected to the fitting, detects a position change of the indicator and provides an electrical output signal. The adapter is returned to an initial position by a restoring spring regardless of the locking state of the fitting if the operating lever is not actuated.

  • Patent number: 9216669
Abstract: A fitting for a vehicle seat has a first fitting part and a second fitting part that relatively rotate about an axis. A toothed rim (17) is on the first fitting part and guide segments (14) are on the second fitting part. Bars (16) are guided by the guide segments between an unlocked state and a locked state, interacting with the toothed rim. A spring-loaded, rotatably mounted eccentric (27) urges the bars to interact with the toothed rim. A rotatable driver (21) rotates the eccentric. A fastening ring (24) is connected to the driver. A cam (24n) is formed on the fastening ring and bears in the circumferential direction against a driver cam (21 f) of the driver. The fastening ring has a collar (24b) with a passage (24d) about the axis. The cam is formed within the passage such that it is oriented in the radial direction towards the axis.
