  • Publication number: 20190186303
Abstract: An oil supply device for a vacuum pump of an internal combustion engine, in particular of a car, including an oil feed line via which the vacuum pump can be supplied with oil for lubricating the vacuum pump. The oil feed line includes a valve connected to the oil feed line in an oil-conducting manner, which valve has a piston that is accommodated in a valve interior of the valve and can move at least between a supply position in which it allows a supply of oil to the vacuum pump and a blocking position in which it prevents the supply of oil to the vacuum pump, and has a spring element, by means of which a spring force that holds the piston in the blocking position can be applied to the piston when the internal combustion engine is at rest.

  • Publication number: 20170239599
Abstract: A filter element for a filter device of an internal combustion engine, in particular a motor vehicle, is disclosed. The filter element for filtering a fluid of the internal combustion engine can be inserted in the direction of an insertion axis along a lateral wall of a filter housing. The filter element has at least one sealing element for fluidically blocking at least one throughflow opening formed in the lateral wall.

  • Patent number: 7958860
Abstract: A crankcase of an internal combustion engine with at least one main lubricant channel for supplying the internal combustion engine with lubricant and with at least one oil return flow channel (10) for return guidance of the excess lubricant into a reservoir container (11), wherein the oil return flow channel (10) exhibits a peg-shaped widening (12), which is formed by the attachment a bearing support of an oil channel core (18). The invention further concerns an oil channel core.

  • Patent number: 7533717
Abstract: A heat exchanger for cooling oil, including a plurality of pan-shaped heat-transfer plates stacked onto one another to define alternating channels for coolant and oil, a mounting plate soldered on one side to a side of the stacked plates and adapted to mount on its opposite side to a separate component. Openings through the heat-transfer plates and the mounting plate are provided for the passage of the oil and of the coolant, where the openings in the mounting plate have recesses therearound on the side opposite the heat-transfer plates. The recesses are adapted to receive seals therein.
