  • Patent number: 8196286
Abstract: A coil-holding assembly for an electrical machine has coil holders made of plastic and on which coils of a stator can be wound. The coil holders are formed and pivotal on an outer edge of a planar central plastic support by integral film hinges between a winding position parallel to a plane of the support and a bent-up position perpendicular to the plane. Thus the coils can be wound on the holders in the parallel position thereof and the holders are then moved into the bent-up position for use in the electric machine.

  • Publication number: 20100077601
Abstract: The invention relates to a coil former apparatus (2) for an electrical machine, in particular for an electric motor having coil formers (3) composed of plastic, on which stator coils can be wound, with the coil formers (3) being articulated, in particular integrally formed, via hinges, in particular film hinges (4), on the outer edge of a central plastic mounting element (1).

  • Patent number: 6365998
Abstract: A canned motor pump has a can separating the rotor and the fluid compartment of the pump from the stator. The stator winding is affixed to a winding carrier which is shoved over and in heat-conducting relation with the can. The casing carries the electronic circuitry for commutating the motor and this circuitry is connected with the stator winding via a plug connector on the carrier.

  • Patent number: 6229240
Abstract: A motor has a rotor rotatable about an axis, a can surrounding the rotor and having an outer surface, and a plurality of outwardly projecting stator supports fixed on the outer surface, and respective stator windings mounted directly on the stator supports. The stator supports project radially of the axis and there are at least three and at most twelve such stator supports and they are angularly equispaced about the axis.

  • Patent number: 6028386
Abstract: The present invention relates to an electric motor having a winding support (9) for the windings of the motor stator. The winding support is formed with a cylindrical coaxial space having a first end (16) which is at least partially closed and a second end (14) which is open. A plurality of regularly spaced bars (10) are formed on said winding support (9). Certain of the bars, preferably alternate ones of the bars, are formed with an elongated, outwardly extending projection, adapted for placement thereon of a generally oval winding of the motor stator. Preferably, the partially closed first end (16) has a central opening, into which a bearing (7) for the rotor shaft (4) or a stepped end of a split bell can be inserted.
