  • Patent number: 11345214
Abstract: A vehicle heater includes a heater housing (12) elongated in a direction of a housing longitudinal axis (L). A housing circumferential wall (34) defines a combustion air flow space (40). A combustion chamber assembly unit (14) is carried on the heater housing and has a combustion chamber (20) receiving combustion air from the combustion air flow space. A combustion air blower (42), with a combustion air blower housing (44), is carried on the heater housing. A combustion air inlet opening (56), in the combustion air blower housing, provides the inlet for combustion air into the combustion air blower. A combustion air connection unit (64), carried on the heater housing, has a combustion air passage duct (74) open outwardly in a first duct opening area (76) for receiving combustion air. The combustion air passage duct is open towards the combustion air inlet opening in a second duct opening area (78).

  • Patent number: 11305613
Abstract: A carrier device for mounting a preferably fuel-operated heater (34) on a vehicle. The carrier device includes a mounting area (20) for mounting the carrier device (14) on a vehicle and a carrying area (152) for mounting a heater (34) on the carrier device (14). A combustion air line area (52) is provided for sending combustion air to a combustion air inlet (55) of a heater (34), or/and a heat transfer medium line area (60) is provided for sending heat transfer medium flowing in a heat transfer medium circuit (176) of a vehicle through the carrier device (14) or/and to or from a heat exchanger area (38) of the vehicle heater (34).

  • Patent number: 9897311
Abstract: A combustion chamber assembly unit, especially for a vaporizing burner and particularly especially for a vehicle heater, includes at least two combustion chamber elements (12, 20, 26, 32, 50, 52, 64, 102, 126) with wall areas (12, 34, 46, 54, 64, 104, 130, 140, 142). The at least two combustion chamber elements are arranged in a radially staggered pattern in relation to a longitudinal axis (L) of the combustion chamber and are fixed to one another by laser welding.

  • Patent number: 9857081
Abstract: A vaporizing burner combustion chamber assembly unit, especially for a vehicle heater, includes a bottom part (32) with a bottom wall (34) and with a first circumferential wall (38) and a porous evaporator medium (42) at least partially covering a front side of the bottom wall, which is to face a combustion chamber (14). A ring-shaped holding part has a second circumferential wall (54) and a contact area (56) touching the porous evaporator medium. The first circumferential wall extends, from an outer edge area (36) of the bottom wall essentially in a longitudinal axis (L) direction of a bottom assembly unit (30), on a rear side of the first bottom wall facing away from a combustion chamber, in the direction away from the porous evaporator medium. The second circumferential wall extends at least partially over the first circumferential wall on its outer side and is fixed to same.
