  • Patent number: 7975825
Abstract: In a stop module, in particular for automated machining and conveyor systems, a stop element for objects moving in a direction of motion in a movement plane is located on a base body, and the stop element is movable by an electrical rotary drive between a first terminal position, in which the stop element protrudes into the movement plane of the objects, and a second terminal position, in which the stop element enables a motion of objects in the movement plane. The motion of the stop element in and out of the movement plane of objects is implemented by a toggle lever device cooperating with the electrical rotary drive, which toggle lever device has at least two lever elements, connected to one another via a first pivot point, and the electrical rotary drive cooperates with the first pivot point.

  • Patent number: 6895934
Abstract: The identification of a leak in the intake port (1) of an internal combustion engine (3) with lambda regulation (8) can be performed by the generation of an evaluation signal in accordance with a control signal of the lambda regulation (8) and the monitoring of the evaluation signal with respect to the transgression of a limiting value. If a leak occurs in the intake port (1), the internal combustion engine (3) receives an additional air mass, which is not registered by an air mass sensor (2). The additional air mass is compensated by the lambda regulation (8) by means of an increase in the value of the control signal, in such a way that the likewise increased value of the evaluation signal can be used for identifying leaks in the intake port (1). In this way, it is possible to determine, in particular, if a crank housing ventilation (5) of the internal combustion engine (3) is still connected correctly to the intake port (1).

  • Patent number: 6773295
Abstract: For a detachable electrical onnection of high-current contacts with cable strands, a clamping device is formed from a clamping tube and a contact part. The clamping tube is provided with a funnel-shaped connection opening and a connection chamber, into which the cable strands are insertable, wherein a clamping shoulder with a conical surface provided in the connection chamber adjoins the connection opening. The contact part, which can be screwed in the centre of the clamping tube and is thus displaceable axially, likewise has a conical surface, which penetrates the centre etween the bared strands on assembly and presses these against the conical surfaces and the clamping shoulder. The angles of the conical surfaces in the connection chamber and the contact part are executed differently in this case.

  • Patent number: 6058993
Abstract: A device for machining workpieces of wood or plastic has at least one spindle having a spindle axis and being moveable transverse to the spindle axis relative to a reference plane. A machining tool having cutting edges is provided. The machining tool is seated on the spindle. At least one measuring device is provided for correctly positioning the cutting edges relative to the reference plane. Correct positioning is achieved by moving the spindle in a direction transverse to the spindle axis and detecting by the measuring device a preset position of the cutting edges of the machining tool relative to the reference plane and generating a switch-off signal when the cutting edges of the matching tool are in the preset position.
