    Abstract: An eye dropper with spring loaded soft tipped arms that hold open the eyelid to facilitate applying fluid eye medication drops to the eye. Eye dropper has attachment device for a bottle of liquid with a means of controllably dropping liquids into the open eye. Adjustable protrusions set maximum opening of eye and concurrently squeeze the bottle to controllably extract the eye drops.
