Abstract: Performing, with a controller of a drive up banking system, a preventative maintenance module for a control system that includes any of an entrance control system, a financial equipment system, a drive-thru audio system, or a pneumatic control system. The preventative maintenance module includes receiving, with the communication system, a current equipment identifier from equipment that includes a universal board. The equipment is associated with any of the entrance control system, the financial equipment system, the drive-thru audio system, or the pneumatic control system. Determining, with the controller, whether the current equipment identifier is within a performance threshold of a historical performance identifier of the equipment. Displaying, in response to the current equipment identifier being within the performance threshold, the current equipment identifier on a user interface.

Customers or bankers can activate the sanitization mode of operation to kill germs and viruses without removal of the carrier from the drive-through banking system. The sanitization mode of operation can be automatic. The carrier is positioned in the carrier pocket of a customer station in which a light kit assembly has been installed. An indicator light positioned exteriorly of the customer station indicates that the carrier is being sanitized by one or more UV lights attached to a mounting plate having two bi-folded wings that is positioned within the carrier pocket adjacent to the carrier. Two mounting plates in a mirror-image arrangement may be positioned in the carrier pocket to enable 360 degree application of UV light onto the carrier.
