  • Patent number: 9903787
Abstract: The rotor of the turbine is monitored by sensors of the rotor vibrations arranged in at least one plane of measuring perpendicular to the axis of the rotor and by sensors of the absolute vibrations of the bearings. When using this method of processing, synchronically digitalized signals of the sensors of rotor vibrations, first the arithmetic mean of the individual harmonic bands in full spectrum in the frequency domain is calculated, by which means the information about the subharmonic components and their multiples in the full spectrum of these signals is transferred into the frequency band ?1X to 1X, at the same time is by the calculation of the median estimated the level of the signal noise, with which individual frequency bands of the full spectrum are encumbered, and which is subtracted from the amplitudes in the individual frequency bands of full spectrum of the signals of the sensors.

  • Patent number: 9593998
Abstract: A method is provided for determining current eccentricity of a rotating rotor which is equipped with a phase marker scanned at constant speed of rotation up to 500 rpm by a sensor of a phase marker at the point of the phase marker, and outside of the phase marker by at least one sensor of relative rotor vibrations, while after digitizing the signals of the sensors, estimates current position of the phasor of the 1st harmonic component of signal of the sensor of relative rotor vibrations in the complex plane, which is subsequently compared to a reference position of the phasor of the 1st harmonic component, which has been determined in advance, whereas the variation vector of the phasors is an image of eccentricity of the rotor. Further, a method of diagnostics of eccentricity of a rotating rotor is based on this method for determining current eccentricity.

  • Publication number: 20140238128
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for determining current eccentricity of rotating rotor (1) at which is rotor (1) equipped with a phase marker (5) scanned at constant speed of rotation up to 500 rpm by a sensor (50) of phase marker (5) at the point of the phase marker (5), and outside of the phase marker (5) by at least one sensor (3, 30, 4, 40) of relative rotor vibrations, while after digitizing the signals of the sensors (3, 30, 4, 40, 50), is from them estimated current position of phasor of the 1st harmonic component of signal of the sensor (3, 30, 4, 40) of relative rotor vibrations in the complex plane, which is subsequently compared to a reference position of the phasor of the 1st harmonic component of this signal, which has been determined in advance, whereas the variation vector of the phasors is an image of eccentricity of the rotor (1). Further on, is the invention related to a method of diagnostics of eccentricity of rotating rotor (1) based on this method for determining current eccentricity.

  • Patent number: 6087139
Abstract: Citric acid and/or the salts thereof are produced from a raw material containing carbohydrates. An aqueous solution of the raw material is converted into a first solution containing citric acid by means of fermentation, and from the first solution a second solution containing citric acid is obtained by means of a cell separation. The second solution is subjected to a protein precipitation at temperatures of 2 to 70.degree. C., and protein is separated by filtration. From the filtration, a third solution containing citric acid is obtained, and the same is passed through a first anion exchanger. The solution containing citric acid, which is discharged from the first anion exchanger, is passed through a second anion exchanger, which is selectively charged with citric acid. The second anion exchanger charged with citric acid is eluted with hydroxide solution or water, and there is thus obtained a fourth solution, in which citrate or citric acid is dissolved.

  • Patent number: 5759826
Abstract: A process is disclosed for preparing an organic acid and/or its salts from a solution obtained through fermentation. In this process, a pure carbohydrate-containing raw material is used. The acid-containing solution prepared by means of fermentation is supplied to a cell separation, and the acid-containing permeate is supplied to a protein precipitation, where it is mixed with a silicon-containing precipitant at temperatures between 2.degree. and 70.degree. C. The solution thus obtained is supplied to a protein separation, and the acid-containing permeate is concentrated and then supplied to a single- or multi-stage crystallization or a granulation.
