  • Patent number: 12386268
Abstract: Methods related to improving a simulation processes and solutions (e.g., retargeted patterns) associated with manufacturing of a chip. A method includes obtaining a plurality of dose-focus settings, and a reference distribution based on measured values of a characteristic of a printed pattern associated with each setting of the plurality of dose-focus settings. The method further includes, based on an adjustment model and the plurality of dose-focus settings, determining a probability density function (PDF) of the characteristic such that an error between the PDF and the reference distribution is reduced. The PDF can be a function of the adjustment model and variance associated with dose, the adjustment model being configured to change a proportion of non-linear dose sensitivity contribution to the PDF. A process window can be adjusted based on the determined PDF of the characteristic.

  • Publication number: 20250243859
Abstract: A fluid end of a reciprocating pump includes multiple bores formed therein, and adjacent bores intersect each other. The intersection of two adjacent bores forms an intersection corner, which is where a concentration of high stress occurs during operation of the reciprocating pump. At least one of the bores includes a first tapered portion and a second tapered portion. The first tapered portion increases a cross-sectional area of the bore toward the crossbore to reduce the concentration of stress on the intersection corners. The second tapered portion decreases a cross-sectional area of the bore to provide a ledge having an extended arc length and forming a groove. The extended arc length of the ledge increases an available surface area to secure a valve retainer within the groove.

  • Publication number: 20250247107
Abstract: An arrangement of a pulse-width controlled vector-matrix multiplication unit and a method for its operation are disclosed. The system includes an input block connected to word lines of a matrix formed from non-volatile adjustable capacitors, and output blocks including amplifiers with inverting inputs and feedback capacitors with parallel switches. A voltage ramp generator is coupled to the word lines via switches that are controlled by the input pulse width. The amplifier in the output block operates as a non-inverting amplifier in conjunction with the matrix capacitors. A second phase of operation involves a reference capacitor and a reverse voltage ramp generator connected to the inverting input of the amplifier. The arrangement can improve energy efficiency and analog computation accuracy by implementing a comparator design within a dual-ramp timing architecture.

  • Publication number: 20250239427
Abstract: A circuit breaker monitoring system includes a vibration sensor, a processing unit, and an output unit. The vibration sensor is mounted to a circuit breaker and acquires temporal vibration data over at least a portion of a closing operation of the circuit breaker, which portion includes movement of a moveable contact towards a fixed contact. The vibration sensor provides the temporal vibration data to the processing unit, which converts the temporal vibration data into frequency vibration data and determines a vibration signal and a plurality of spectral indicators or a plurality of spectral points based on the vibration signal. • Publication number: 20250235353
Abstract: Apparatus for determining a fluid flow rate in a channel of a phacoemulsification probe, including a first pressure sensor, coupled with fluid in the channel at a first position. A second pressure sensor couples with the fluid in the channel at a second position, at a preset distance from the first position, and the fluid flows from the first to the second position. A processor acquires from the first pressure sensor first indications of a pressure profile of a portion of the fluid passing the first pressure sensor, and acquires from the second pressure sensor second indications of a pressure profile of the fluid passing the second pressure sensor. The processor correlates the first and second indications to determine a time for the fluid portion to travel from the first to the second position, and calculates the fluid flow rate in response to the time and the preset distance.
