Abstract: A process for manufacturing a seamless refrigerator liner involves providing a plastic refrigerator box liner having an opening providing access to the interior thereof and a flange around each opening. A casing is positioned over the liner, the casing having an opening corresponding to the opening in the liner such that the flange of the liner opening extends through the casing opening. The flange is heated such that it melts and conforms to the shape of the casing opening thereby forming a seamless joint.

Abstract: A system for maintaining a selected temperature in a refrigeration unit of a food service vehicle includes a control box which manages operation of refrigeration compressors in one of multiple operating states such that they are constantly supplied with power which enables the refrigeration unit to maintain the selected temperature. The default or first operating state exists when a battery supplies electrical power to the compressors. The second operating state exists when an engine supplies mechanical power to the compressor. The third operating state exists when external power source supplies electrical power to the compressor. The control box automatically switches the system from one state to another in order to maintain the constant supply of power.

The laterally extending floor members define a floor assembly and are arranged in interlocking engagement with side rails extending along either side of the floor assembly. The side rails includes flanges into which the floor members extend. Outwardly extending flanges on the floor members support columnar rib members which extend upwardly to define the structural walls of the body. Crown members abut against thte upper ends of the rib members as well as similarly constructed roof members extending laterally across the body. Frame clips having a base and spaced upstanding attachment legs are employed to affix the rib members and roof members to the aforementioned structural elements. Rivet fasteners are contemplated as well as bolts and welds in appropriate locations.

Abstract: A steam table adapted to hold containers of food comprises an open tank for holding the water used to heat the food. The tank has a double bottom, and water, separate from the water used to heat the food, fills the double bottom. Heat is supplied to the double bottom to heat the water there, and this heated water both heats the water in the open tank used to heat the food and, in addition, provides hot water for the sink. Water is gravity fed to the double bottom of the steam table by a reservoir mounted above the steam table.
