    Abstract: A system and a method for predicting presence of a disease in a subject are disclosed. In one aspect, the system includes one or more processors, a medical database coupled to the one or more processors, and a disease prediction module. The disease prediction module is configured to: receive a plurality of parameters associated with the subject; determine a threshold for sensitivity and/or specificity associated with a trained machine learning model; and predict, using the trained machine learning model, the presence of the disease in the subject based on the desired sensitivity and specificity and the plurality of parameters associated with the subject and output the prediction on an output unit.
