  • Patent number: 5275266
Abstract: In a double clutch change-speed gearbox for motor vehicles with two simultaneously and oppositely controlled clutches (KA, KS), one of the higher gear stages is connected, as the selected gear, to one clutch (KS) and the other gear stages can be connected to the other clutch (KW). On engagement of the first-mentioned clutch (KS), which is controlled by means of its own switching element (SO), the other gear stage positions can be arbitrarily selected--also, in fact, by means of a conventional, manually actuated shift mechanism (SH, 17).

  • Patent number: 4741487
Abstract: A winding core and a wound product package to be formed thereon are rotatably mounted on a core bearing or support arrangement. A conveyor defining a product conveying path tangentially delivers the arriving imbricated formation to the winding core or to the wound product package formed thereon. The winding core or the wound product package formed thereon, as the case may be, is driven at a circumferential speed which substantially corresponds to the conveying speed of the product conveying path. At least one pair of driven friction wheels is positioned such that it does not drive the winding core or the wound product package formed thereon, as the case may be, at its outermost circumference or peripheral surface.

  • Patent number: 4387634
Abstract: A press container of a diaphragm press for agricultural products, such as grapes, fruits and other fruits or fruit-like products is driven to be rotatable about its horizontal lengthwise axis and is provided with two substantially hood-shaped diaphragms or membranes. The diaphragm attachment elements are arranged at surfaces which run with opposite inclination in the direction of the inlet and outlet opening, respectively. During the filling of the container the diaphragms are located at the upper side thereof and at the same time juice outlet channels of the press container lie free at the region of dropping of the mesh. This leads to an increased juice extraction by pre-dejuicing. The conveying action of the diaphragm attachment elements facilitates the removal of the grape or product residue.
