  • Publication number: 20260145475
Abstract: A torsion bar bearing is disclosed for arranging a torsion bar having a cylinder axis (Z) on a vehicle portion. The torsion bar bearing includes a bearing portion which at least partially surrounds the torsion bar, and a bracket which holds the bearing portion on the vehicle portion. Aa torsion bar movement tolerance portion is provided which is configured to allow a torsional movement of the torsion bar but is relatively rigid with respect to a translational movement of the torsion bar relative to the vehicle portion. The torsion bar movement tolerance portion comprises a torsion tolerance geometry which enables a torsional movement of the torsion bar.

  • Publication number: 20260145480
Abstract: There is provided a bearing bushing for mounting a stabilizer bar. The bearing bushing includes a structure which surrounds the stabilizer bar. The structure includes a first structure and a second structure. The first structure 12 provides a radial rigidity for the stabilizer bar and the second structure provides a degree of torsional freedom for the stabilizer bar.

  • Patent number: 11214112
Abstract: A stabilizer adhesive bearing for a vehicle stabilizer may comprise an annular sleeve having a resilient inner contour for coaxial arrangement on the vehicle stabilizer. The resilient inner contour of the annular sleeve may comprise on a side facing the vehicle stabilizer a three-dimensionally structured surface with an adhesive receiving volume. The three-dimensionally structured surface has a maximum roughness depth (Rmax) greater than 45 ?m and a core roughness depth (RK) of at least 65% relative to the maximum roughness depth (Rmax) of the three-dimensionally structured surface. The maximum roughness depth (Rmax) is a total of the reduced tip height (Rpk), the core roughness depth (RK), and the reduced groove depth (Rvk). Further, the reduced tip height (Rpk), the reduced groove depth (Rvk), and the core roughness depth (RK) may be determined in accordance with EN ISO 13565-2: December 1997.

  • Patent number: 10876572
Abstract: The invention relates to a half shell for a torsion bar bearing (10, 10A), comprising: a half-shell body (1, 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E) formed in one piece and along a body axis (A); and at least one stiffening device (8, 8A, 8B, 8C, 8D, 8E) adapted to increase a rigidity of the half-shell body (1, 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E). The invention relates further to a torsion bar bearing (10, 10A) comprising: at least one first half shell and at least one second half shell, wherein at least one of the at least one half shell is disposed opposite to at least one of the at least one second half shell with respect to a torsion bar axis, and to a method of supporting a torsion bar.
