The system bioelectrically stimulates the centrifuge, test tube, and/or subject to produce enhanced levels of, e.g., SDF, PDGF, HGF, VEGF, IGF, Sonic hedgehog, klotho, and/or tropoelastin. The described system produces much higher levels of regenerative proteins delivered over an extended period of time.
