The first and second arms move the first frame member between the first and second vertical positions with movement of the first frame member in a direction of the axis by rotation of the first and second arms. The assembly further includes a first rack supported on a least a first side thereof by the first frame member and coupled with the first frame member to be slideable with respect thereto along the axis.
