The mixing member is provided with a centrifugal impeller which is arranged to directly face the inner face of the hatch, and is structured so as to be able to push/eject the semi-solid mixture located at the center of the opening of the processing tank towards the internal cylindrical lateral surface of the processing tank, when the mixing member rotates inside the processing tank.
