Abstract: A one-way hydraulic or pneumatic damper (1) of the invention comprising a cylindrical housing (2) closed at one end, in which a piston rod (3) is arranged in direction of the longitudinal axis, said piston rod (3) protruding through a cover (5) closing the second end of said housing and having on its other end that reaches into said housing a piston (4), and between the closed end of said housing (1) and said piston (4) there is a compression spring (9), wherein said piston (4) having an opening (12) running transversally to the longitudinal axis of said damper (1) is separated into a piston portion (13) and a valve portion (14), wherein said valve portion (14) of said piston (4) has a central hole (15), into which said piston rod (3) engages, the surface of the cross-section of said piston rod (3) being smaller than the surface of the cross-section of said hole (15) of said valve portion (14).

Abstract: A furniture hinge with equipment comprising a toggle-type hinge and a line shock absorber arranged transversely to a major axis of the toggle-type hinge, which line shock absorber is inserted into a holder and the latter is attached to the toggle-type hinge, whereat the holder (100, 200) consists of a bearing part (1) and a position part (2), which are fixed to each other by at least one coupling element in the form of an unreleasable connection or a releasable one.

Abstract: A furniture hinge with equipment comprises a toggle-type hinge (H) and a shock absorber (B). The latter is either a rotary (a first approach) or a line (a second approach) shock absorber. Irrespective of the approach, said shock absorber (B) is arranged transversely to a major longitudinal axis of the toggle-type hinge (H) and bound to a hinge pot. Thus, the invention concerns a new use of a rotary shock absorber, a new incorporation of a line shock absorber into a toggle-type furniture hinge, and a new combination of said toggle-type hinge and said rotary and line shock absorbers, respectively, said combination concerning the above two objects.
