  • Patent number: 11720869
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to detecting usage issues on enterprise systems and dynamically providing user assistance. In some embodiments, a computing platform may receive, from an automated teller system, user presence information indicating that a user has been detected at an automated teller machine associated with the automated teller system. Subsequently, the computing platform may identify, based on the user presence information received from the automated teller system, that the user has a need for assistance with the automated teller machine associated with the automated teller system. In response to identifying that the user has the need for assistance, the computing platform may generate and send one or more commands directing the automated teller machine associated with the automated teller system to execute one or more automated assistance actions corresponding to the need for assistance.

  • Patent number: 11716135
Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide for the granular network-based detection of UE location in a RAN that includes one or more mobile base stations using quantum computing. Mobile base stations may be, for example, affixed on vehicles (e.g., cars, trucks, drones, etc.), may be implemented by other UEs, and/or may otherwise be non-stationary. In contrast, fixed base stations may be mounted to towers, buildings, or other types of permanent or semi-permanent installations. Quantum computing techniques, as described herein, may aid in the precise determination of UE location using triangulation techniques and/or other network-based location techniques. Further, in RANs that include mobile base stations, the locations of both the UE and a reference point may change relatively rapidly. The use of quantum computing, as described herein, may aid in the fast and precise determination of UE location in situations where mobile base stations and/or UEs are moving rapidly.

  • Publication number: 20230237315
Abstract: A method for using a graph neural network framework to improve learning and predicting in a multiplex network environment is provided. The method includes: identifying a plurality of layers of a multiplex network; estimating, for each layer, a corresponding probability of selecting the layer as being a relevant layer for training with respect to an application; estimating, for each layer, a corresponding loss associated with selecting the layer as being relevant; calculating, for each layer based on the corresponding probability and the corresponding loss, a corresponding regret associated with selecting the layer as being relevant; determining, for each layer based on the calculated corresponding regret, whether to select the layer as being relevant; and training the multiplex network with respect to the application by aggregating information obtained from layers that have been determined as being relevant layers.

  • Patent number: 11698802
Abstract: The present disclosure relates techniques for coordinating and synchronizing client-facing support services with the activities and responses from one or more technical teams assigned to address a client issue. In certain implementations, this may allow an agent or customer approach to use a single reference identifier (such as a case or matter number) to access information or updates from technical teams that do not typically employ such a number for their own tracking purposes. In this manner, relevant information to a client issue may be accessed from all involved technical teams at the agent level as well as allowing the technical teams themselves to readily see activity by other teams.

  • Publication number: 20230185451
Abstract: Approaches for data compression involve a compression circuit packing non-zero data elements of a succession of words of a plurality of blocks into packed words by packing non-zero data elements of one or more words of the succession in each packed word, and restricting each packed word to data elements of one uncompressed block. The compression circuit writes each packed word in a RAM and within a compressed address range associated with the uncompressed block when the packed word is full of non-zero data elements, or before the packed word is full if the next input word is of another uncompressed block.

  • Patent number: 11657142
Abstract: A first application name is received. For example, the first application name may be the name of the application, a Universal Resource Locator (URL) of a web site (e.g., microfocus.com), and/or the like. The first application name represents a computer application of a plurality of computer applications that the user logs into. A global password is received from the user. The global password is used as a seed to login to the plurality of computer applications. The global password is converted to a phonetic password. A first application password is generated for the first computer application based on the first application name and the phonetic password. For example, the first application name and the phonetic password are used as an input to a key deviation function. The first application password is then displayed to the user. The user can then use the displayed password to login to the first application.
