  • Publication number: 20240070400
Abstract: Method of analysis text message syntactically and by content, which entails: step 1; Split syntaxes (made available to subscribers by the network operator) into tokens to store in a Syntax Trie; step 2. Pre-process an incoming text from a subscriber; step 3. Split the text (pre-processed in Step 2) into tokens; step 4. Look up paths that include the tokens (obtained in Step 3) in the Syntax Trie (initialized in Step 1); step 5: Return the look-up result, which is the path in the Syntax Trie that best reflects the user intent.

  • Publication number: 20200329737
Abstract: The invention relates to the manufacture of food and food ingredients, more in particular to plant-based fibrous structures for use in vegan products such as meat analogs. Provided is a method for the manufacture of an edible protein-based fibrous structure, comprising contacting an aqueous solution of a non-denatured potato protein with a carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) having a Mw of at least 150,000 Dalton (Da) to yield a fiber forming solution, which fiber forming solution has a total dry matter (TDM) content in the range of 0.5 to 15%, and wherein said contacting is performed in the pH range of 2 to 5 and while mixing thereby inducing the formation of a potato protein-based edible fibrous structure.

  • Publication number: 20100172875
Abstract: The present invention concerns the use of an oil-in-water emulsion where the interior of oil droplets exhibit interfaces, between lipophilic domains and hydrophilic or amphiphilic domains, due to the presence of a lipophilic additive solubilized inside the oil droplets and which is used for delayed release of active elements such that the release of at least one active element, which has a octanol/water partitioning coefficient logP higher than ?1, corresponds to a higher Tmax than the Tmax obtained for the simple reference oil-in-water emulsion where no lipophilic additive is used.
