  • Patent number: 10199811
Abstract: A plastic corrugated tube having corrugations distributed over its length and a longitudinal slit running along a lateral longitudinal line is provided. The corrugated tube can be converted into an open position by opening the longitudinal slit and into a closed position in which edge regions of the corrugated tube overlap, wherein the corrugated tube is elastically prestressed toward its closed position. The corrugations on the edge region of the corrugated tube, which in the closed position lies radially below the other edge region of the corrugated tube, are offset radially inwards within a predefined circumferential region with respect to the corrugations outside this circumferential region and are designed such that, in the closed position, they are in engagement with the radial underside of the corrugations of the other edge region, which corrugations engage over them such that they are mutually displaceable in the circumferential direction.

  • Patent number: 10193315
Abstract: A corrugated tube assembly comprises an inner and an outer corrugated tube made of plastic with circumferential corrugations and with a respective longitudinal slot. A longitudinal strip on the inner corrugated tube with corrugations with the same shape and distribution as the corrugations on the outer corrugated tube protrudes into the longitudinal slot of the outer corrugated tube, the outer diameter of the respective corrugations corresponding to one another. The terminal cross-sections of all the corrugations on both corrugated tubes are closed. The two longitudinal sides of the longitudinal strip are connected to the rest of the inner corrugated tube via a respective V-shaped depression. When the two corrugated tubes are plugged together such that the corrugations of the two corrugated tubes are in engagement, each lateral edge of the longitudinal slot of the outer corrugated tube protrudes into a V-shaped depression of the inner corrugated tube.

  • Patent number: 10122158
Abstract: The invention relates to a corrugated tube made of flexible plastic for encasing wires, having circumferential, successively alternating corrugation crests and corrugation troughs distributed over the axial length thereof, wherein the corrugation crests, seen in cross-section, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the corrugated tube, each have a corrugation along the outside circumference thereof which forms alternating radially protruding regions and radially inward-offset regions in the circumferential direction of each corrugation crest. The corrugated tube has wall sections, which extend axially over the length thereof and lie adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, of which wall sections one forms the radially protruding regions in the corrugation and the other forms the radially inward-offset regions. Said wall sections consist of materials of varying hardness in circumferential alternation.
