The blend of fibers comprises flame retardant viscose fibers, meta aramid fibers, para aramid fibers, Nylon 66 fibers, and antistatic fibers in a predefined proportion. A process of manufacturing the fabric for wearable light weight protective apparel comprises processes of spinning, weaving, wet processing and garmenting carried out in a predefined manner.
