  • Publication number: 20210266247
Abstract: The described technology is generally directed towards reducing latency in a wireless communications network. Radio access network latency data corresponding to a measured latency impact criterion is obtained by a network device of a wireless network. Based on the radio access network latency data, latency guidance data usable by the radio network device to achieve a reduction in communication latency that is experienced by a user equipment is predicted, e.g., by a learned model. The latency guidance data can be used to facilitate a reduction in the communication latency that is experienced by a user equipment.

  • Publication number: 20210243483
Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, embodiments for determining a first motion-to-update latency of a mobile device in relation to receiving a video content update provided by a video content server. Further embodiments include, responsive to determining that the first motion-to-update latency exceeds a threshold: determining a motion-to-update latency of the mobile device in relation to receiving video content updates from a plurality of edge servers resulting in a plurality of motion-to-update latencies, identifying a second motion-to-update latency from the plurality of motion-to-update latencies that is below the threshold, identifying an edge server associated with the second motion-to-update latency, and transmitting video content to the edge server to mitigate the first motion-to-update latency. The edge server provides a portion of the video content at different time intervals to the mobile device and the video content comprises panoramic video content.

  • Publication number: 20210232420
Abstract: A system receives a pause request to pause a virtual environment that includes one or more virtual machines, each respective virtual machine having a mounting point connected to at least one corresponding block level storage volume. The system builds a model and a dependency graph of one or more components in the virtual environment. The system stores the model, the dependency graph and tags a snapshot of each corresponding block level storage volume. The system stops the one or more components in accordance with dependency logic of the dependency graph and stops the one or more virtual machines. • Publication number: 20210224549
Abstract: A system can obtain a labelled data set, including historic video data and labelled events. The system can divide the labelled data set into historic training/testing data sets. The system can determine, using the historic training data set, a plurality of different parameter configurations to be used by a video encoder to encode a video that includes a plurality of video frames. Each parameter configuration can include a group of pictures (“GOP”) size and a scenecut threshold. The system can calculate an accuracy of event detection (“ACC”) and a filtering rate (“FR”) for each parameter configuration. The system can calculate, for each parameter configuration of the plurality of different parameter configurations, a harmonic mean between the ACC and the FR. The system can then select a best parameter configuration of the plurality of different parameter configurations based upon the parameter configuration that has the highest harmonic mean.

  • Publication number: 20210174355
Abstract: A system for binding unique tokens with transaction parameters to authorize transactions based on monitoring user interactions with one or more applications on a user device. Upon monitoring the system determines first payment transaction initiation by a user at a merchant payment gateway associated with the one or more applications based on the monitoring. The system generates and displays on the user device a unique token based at least on an input received from the user device. The system receives the unique token as part of an authorization request. • Patent number: 11018938
Abstract: A system receives one or more changes to a platform-independent declarative specification to generate a modified platform-independent declarative specification that captures various aspects for deploying a data center on a target cloud platform. The system facilitates auditing by generating a snapshot of each modified declarative specification. After compilation of the modified declarative specification to generate a platform-specific metadata representation of the data center, the system generates a unique identifier, and associates the generated snapshot of the modified declarative specification, the metadata representation of the data center, the provisioned cloud resources on the target cloud platform, and the deployed data center on the target cloud platform with the unique identifier.

  • Publication number: 20210111861
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for implementing a deskewing method for a physical layer interface on a multi-chip module are disclosed. A circuit connected to a plurality of communication lanes trains each lane to synchronize a local clock of the lane with a corresponding global clock at a beginning of a timing window. Next, the circuit symbol rotates each lane by a single step responsive to determining that all of the plurality of lanes have an incorrect symbol alignment. Responsive to determining that some but not all of the plurality of lanes have a correct symbol alignment, the circuit symbol rotates lanes which have an incorrect symbol alignment by a single step. When the end of the timing window has been reached, the circuit symbol rotates lanes which have a correct symbol alignment and adjusts a phase of a corresponding global clock to compensate for missed symbol rotations.
