Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure provide for an example method for presenting an inline frame (iFrame) modal in the parent window. The example method includes providing for display a parent window comprising a plurality of selectable user interface elements. User input can be obtained and the first iFrame can be resized to be larger than the original size. The opacity of the first iFrame can be reduced and a second iFrame can be generated. The second iFrame can be an imitation DOM that is a duplicate of the first iFrame. The second iFrame can be displayed such that it is the same as the original size of the first iFrame. The example method includes opening a modal window associated with the modal component within the resized first iFrame such that the modal window appears to be opened within the parent window and outside the first iFrame.
