Patent number: 12675606Abstract: Aspects of the subject technology provide for integration between a messaging system and a collaborative application. A messaging system may receive, via user input, an instruction to create a message thread with a plurality of user accounts. The message thread may include a document link associated with a collaborative application. The messaging system may generate, for each of the user accounts, an obfuscated identifier associated with that user account and a document link. The messaging system may provide the obfuscated identifiers to the collaborative application. An initial message exchanged between the plurality of user accounts with the document link in the message thread may establish, for the collaborative application, the obfuscated identifiers that will be associated with the document link.Type: GrantFiled: May 30, 2023Date of Patent: July 7, 2026Assignee: Apple Inc.Inventors: Stephen M. Lottermoser, Alejandro A. Rodriguez, Alexandre S. Lacour, Charles Circlaeys, Craig M. Federighi, Delfina Jovanovska, Devin O. Clary, Elana L Stettin, Elliot A. Barer, Jae Woo Chang, Johannes B. Publication number: 20260096040Abstract: An electronic device can receive battery charge level information from two different devices and select, between the different devices, which information to use to generate and present battery information on a display of the electronic device. When two separate devices are transmitted by a case and an earbud (or earbuds), the electronic device can receive and select from one of two source based upon the state of the case and the state of the earbud(s). Alternatively, based upon the state of the case and the earbud(s), the electronic device can merge the information received from the case and the earbuds, while also determining from the merged information which respective device transmitted the respective information. Further, the case can provide battery information on behalf of the earbuds when the earbuds are in the case, and the respective radio circuits are shut down. Alternatively, the earbuds can provide battery information on behalf the case.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 9, 2025Publication date: April 2, 2026Inventors: Hariharan SUKUMAR, Chandrahas ARALAGUPPE CHANDRAMOHAN, Angelo K. MALIYIL, Vaishnavi DHULKHED, Ke LIU, Alejandro A. RODRIGUEZ, Vasilios E. ANTON, Chen GANIR

Patent number: 11196943Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for editing captured media to overcome operational difficulties that may arise during capture operations. According to these techniques, content may be captured with a pair of cameras, a first camera having a wider field of view than a second camera. Object(s) may be detected from captured content from the wider field of view camera. The captured content may be processed from the wider field of view camera in a location of at least one detected object. Typically, operators may attempt to frame content using content from the narrower field of view camera. As a result, operators may be unaware that desired content is captured using a second, wider field of view camera. Results from the processed wider field of view data may be proposed to operators for review and, if desired, retention.Type: GrantFiled: October 15, 2019Date of Patent: December 7, 2021Assignee: Apple Inc.Inventors: Shuang Gao, Vasilios E. Anton, Robert A. Bailey, Emilie Kim, Vignesh Jagadeesh, Paul Schneider, Piotr Stanczyk, Arwen Bradley, Jason Klivington, Jacques Gasselin De Richebourg, Joe Triscari, Sébastien Beysserie, Yang Yang, Afshin Dehghan, Rudolph van der Merwe
