[Means for solution]A vehicular-wheel bearing assembly includes: an inner ring member 5; an outer ring member 3 disposed on an outer periphery of the inner ring member 5 via a rolling element 6; and a synthetic-resin cover 15 in fitting engagement with one axial end of the inner ring member 5 or the outer ring member 3. The cover 15 has a metal ring 17 at least partially embedded in a portion of the cover, the portion making fitting engagement with the one axial end of the inner ring member 5 or the outer ring member 3.
