Abstract: To dynamically protect read-only fields using interceptors and encryption, application data is received from an application executing on a client computer system connected to a server computer system connected to a computer-readable database. The application data includes multiple read-only values assigned to corresponding multiple read-only data items and stored on the computer-readable database, which stores generated encrypted read-only data collectively representing an encryption of the multiple read-only values by an encryption mechanism. The received multiple read-only values are encrypted using the same encryption mechanism resulting in received encrypted read-only data. The received encrypted read-only data is compared with the generated encrypted read-only data. Based on the comparing, it is determined that the received encrypted read-only data differs from the generated encrypted read-only data.

Abstract: Resolving default values based on custom objects, criteria and rules is described. The method includes instantaneous process of determining the default values of fields based on several associations and criteria among other group of fields. Further, several options are given to the user to define associations between fields and also define custom criteria to determine the target value. In addition, a generic rule engine is implemented in order to handle interactive events on the fields on the web application and re-evaluate the existing field values and update them accordingly. Thereafter, it significantly improves the whole process of assigning values to fields, increase data integrity, reduce manual intervention and errors.

The method includes instantaneous identification of relevant information on the user interface like the web browser, and uses a system to inject actionable buttons in an overlay on the website for shortlisting. Further, the relevant information can be shortlisted dynamically while the user is browsing. Thereafter, the shortlisted information will be available in one place as a universal list and accessible across other websites with consistent experience.
