  • Publication number: 20230323640
Abstract: A lock assembly includes a lock body with a bore extending from a top surface to a lateral side surface and a pin configured for receipt in the bore. A wear member configured for use with the lock assembly has an upper leg, a passage extending through the upper leg, and a fixation base recess formed into a lower side of the upper leg. The fixation base recess extends laterally between two opposing channels each having a lower surface angled downward toward each other. A fixation base configured for use with the lock assembly has a central opening extending through the top surface and bounded at a front side by a lock wall configured to engage a portion of a lock. Opposing first and second wings extend upward and laterally outward away from the central opening and have a lower surface angled downward toward the central opening.

  • Patent number: 11136746
Abstract: A locking pin assembly for securing a ground engaging element to a support structure may include a body portion and may include a shaft portion disposed within the body portion and rotatable between a first position that mechanically inhibits removal of a ground engaging element from a support structure and a second position that permits removal of the ground engaging element from the support structure. A camshaft may be rotatably disposed within the shaft portion and may be arranged to cooperate with the shaft portion to rotate through a first range of motion and to apply a rotational force on the shaft portion through a second range of motion. A radially extending locking element may be configured to selectively mechanically interfere with one of the shaft portion and the body portion to selectively prevent rotation of the shaft portion relative to the body portion.

  • Publication number: 20170328035
Abstract: A fastener includes an elongated shaft having a head at the end, the head comprising a lock fin extending radially outward from the shaft. The head includes an engagement cavity. The fastener further includes a cap having an engagement protrusion for insertion into the engagement cavity of the cap such that rotation of the cap causes corresponding rotation of the head, the cap further comprising a contact portion having a plurality of radially outward facing planar surfaces. The fastener further includes a rotation resisting element having inward facing planar surfaces that fit with the radially outward facing planar surfaces of the contact portion, the rotation resisting element further including an interference feature extending radially outward, the rotation resisting element being resilient so as to allow but resist rotation of the cap with respect to the rotation resisting element.
