  • Patent number: 12299640
Abstract: A method, a computer system, and a computer program product for communicating employment opportunities to job candidates. A recruiting system receives a job posting from an organization communicating over a first network. The recruiting system matches the job requirements in the job posting to a candidate profile. The recruiting system identifies a mobile device associated with the candidate profile, and an interaction template that describes a conversational flow of messages for soliciting an application for the job from a job candidate. A dialogue is initiated with the mobile device, by sending a transmission object built from a message in the interaction template. A response received from the mobile device based on rules that describe a conversational flow for the interaction template. If the response is positive, the recruiting system submits the user as a candidate for the job by posting the information in the response to the organization.

  • Patent number: 11966636
Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for committing log data in an application to a log data repository. An example method generally includes receiving, from an application, data to be committed to a remote storage location. A type of the received data is determined. The type of the received data is generally associated with a prioritization level and a compression mechanism to be used in committing the data to the remote storage location. An application execution context associated with the received data is determined. At a dispatch time associated with the prioritization level of the received data and the application execution context associated with the received data, a compressed data payload is generated and transmitted to the remote storage location. Generally, to compress the data payload, at least the received data is generally compressed based on the determined compression mechanism.

  • Patent number: 11144881
Abstract: Examples of techniques for computer-generated team based metrics for candidate onboarding and retention are described herein. An aspect includes determining metrics of a candidate that is interviewing for a position in a team of an organization. Another aspect includes determine metrics of each individual member of the team. Another aspect includes calculating a first score for the team based on the metrics of each individual member of the team. Another aspect includes recalculating a second score for the team based on the metrics of each individual member of the team and the metrics of the candidate. Another aspect includes determining a variance between the first score and the second score.
