  • Patent number: 9226682
Abstract: A system for processing electrocardiograph signals includes an interface and a processor. The interface provides a first electrocardiograph signal and a second electrocardiograph signal from an electrocardiograph to the processor. The processor receives the electrocardiograph signals, processes the first electrocardiograph signal to identify a feature of the signal, and processes the second electrocardiograph signal to identify energy over time (e.g., at various time instances), and identifies a first time instance of interest based on the feature.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 13, 2014
Date of Patent: January 5, 2016
    Assignee: Siemens Aktiengesellschaft
    Inventors: Amit Kale, Venkata Suryanarayana

  • Patent number: 8703980
Abstract: A process for the preparation of Darunavir comprises the reacting of 4-amino-N-(2R, 3S) (3-amino-2-hydroxy-4-phenylbutyl)-N-isobutyl-benzenesulfonamide with (3R, 3aS,6aR)-hexahydrofuro[2,3-b]furan-3-ol derivative in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone and isolating the resulting Darunavir. The process yields Darunavir with a very low level of the difuranyl impurity.

  • Publication number: 20100322823
Abstract: The present inventions are directed to apparatuses for rapidly measuring post-vaccination immune status. In one version, the apparatus has a support platform, with a top side, a bottom side, a first portion, and a second portion. A first void is integrally formed in the first portion. A container is configured to be removably affixed to the top side of the support platform. The container has a housing, a base, and at least one reactant. The container base can be viewed through the first void when the container is removably affixed to the first portion of the top side. An absorbent material is affixed to the second portion, where the base of the container comes into contact with the absorbent material when the container is removably affixed to the second portion of the top side.

  • Patent number: 5856526
Abstract: The invention relates to a preparation of azadirachtin, in a dry solid powder form, having a purity upto 88%; an emulsion concentrate having upto 30% by weight of azadirachtin, and a process for preparing said azadirachtin dry powder from neem seeds/kernels, which comprising: (a) disintegrating the neem seeds/kernels into a powder; (b) subjecting the said powder to continuous extraction using methanol or aqueous methanol or ethanol (rectified spirit) or aqueous ethanol at ambient temperature; (c) concentrating the extract and stirring the concentrate with petroleumether or hexane and phase separating by conventional methods; (d) stirring the denser phase containing major quantity of azadirachtin with a water immiscible organic solvent and water as required depending on the solvent used for extraction and phase separating by conventional methods; (e) concentrating the organic phase and gradually adding the concentrate to petroleumether or hexane under stirring at ambient temperature (f), filtering under suctio
