Disclosed embodiments may also maintain, automatically, the historical price and purchase information of supplier catalog items that are enabled through the electronic marketplace.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments relate to an electronic procurement tool that enables the buyer, or purchasing organization, on a near real-time basis, to review or influence the search and purchasing patterns from the supplier(s) catalogs that are enabled through an electronic marketplace using priorities, specified ranks, and promotions. In one aspect, the disclosed systems and methods may allow users to view supplier catalog items that are more relevant to their search criteria and/or that comply with an organization's contract with a supplier. It may also allow users to view popular items in terms of purchase frequency and the average/relevant purchase price or transparently in terms of the preference of the purchasing organization.

Abstract: A water-in-oil emulsion system as a storage stable carrier of high pH sensitivity benefit agents or actives comprising i) an aqueous phase including at least one water soluble and/or dispersible benefit agent; ii) a hydrophobic protective carrier phase for the aqueous phase containing the benefit agent; and iii) an emulsifier or a dispersant. Also provided is a rinse off non-liquid cleansing composition comprising the water-in-oil emulsion system and a second phase which is a continuous alkaline phase.
