  • Patent number: 12225062
Abstract: A real-time process for establishing and reestablishing virtual reality (VR) sessions between automated agent and a customer with customer VR equipment without losing session context after a connection loss is disclosed. VR sessions are dynamically created/recreated using artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) for engaging virtual agents and customers. Real-time capturing and processing of the VR interaction is captured for session context and stored via blockchain ledgers for secure tracking. VR session connectivity is monitored in real-time. If any anomaly or interruption occurs, retry notifications are sent to establish a second session. Prior session context is used for the second VR session to allow the virtual agent and customer interaction to continue without loss of context.

  • Patent number: 12175527
Abstract: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for large scale data extraction and processing. The method includes receiving a transmission request. The transmission request indicates two or more accounts for which one or more account statements are to be retrieved. The method also includes selecting a first retrieval set of the two or more accounts. A first retrieval set size of the first retrieval set is based on a first expected network capacity. The method further includes causing a retrieval of one or more account statements associated with first retrieval set. The method still further includes selecting a second retrieval set of the two or more accounts. A second retrieval set size of the second retrieval set is based on a second expected network capacity. The method includes causing a retrieval of one or more account statements associated with the second retrieval set.

  • Publication number: 20230230063
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for intelligently identifying and correcting errors in resource transfer processes. The invention is generally comprised of a deployable layer of intelligent recommendation systems. The resulting service has ability to self-correct failed resource transfers. The invention is also dynamic, in that it can be integrated with other existing user interfaces. The intelligent recommendation systems are iteratively trained using feedback from real successes or failures in order to achieve a high degree of accuracy.
