  • Patent number: 11873878
Abstract: A noise vibration harshness reduction assembly includes a housing, a component, and an axial ring. The component is supported via the housing and movable relative to the housing. The axial ring is disposed axially along the component. The axial ring is configured to attenuate axial sound inducing vibrations in response to operation of the component.

  • Publication number: 20230346253
Abstract: A method to evaluate respiratory health includes obtaining (i) one or more lung acoustic signals and (ii) one or more bioimpedance spectroscopy signals, wherein the one or more acoustic signals and the one or more bioimpedance spectroscopy signals are concurrently acquired over multiple respiratory cycles; generating values for (i) a first set of plurality of statistical features and/or a first set of time-frequency domain features using the obtained one or more lung acoustic signals and (ii) a second set of plurality of statistical features and/or a second set of time-frequency domain features using the obtained one or more bioimpedance spectroscopy signals; and generating, using one or more trained classifiers, a respiratory health value representative of a respiratory health of the patient by application of the values of the first and second sets of plurality of statistical features and time-frequency domain features to the one or more trained classifiers.

  • Publication number: 20230225623
Abstract: An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides systems and methods for non-invasively measuring blood pressure, the system and methods comprise a wearable device having a first surface, a first sensor positioned on the first surface of the wearable device, the first sensor configured to receive a first signal, wherein the first signal is indicative of a first blood-volume change in a first vessel of a subject, a second sensor positioned within the wearable device, the second sensor configured to receive a second signal, wherein the second signal is indicative of a cardiac mechanical motion of the subject, and a processor positioned within the wearable device, the processor configured to generate an output based at least on the first signal and the second signal, the output representing a blood pressure measurement of the subject.

  • Publication number: 20210324944
Abstract: An engine assembly includes a crankshaft, a control shaft, a drive gear fixed to the crankshaft, a carrier, a first planetary gear set, an actuator, and a second planetary gear set. The first planetary gear set includes a first sun gear fixed to ground, a first ring gear engaged with the drive gear, and a first planet gear rotatably mounted on the carrier and engaged with the first ring gear and the first sun gear. The second planetary gear set includes a second sun gear fixed to the actuator, a second ring gear coupled with the control shaft, and a second planet gear rotatably mounted on the carrier and engaged with the second ring gear and the second sun gear. The actuator is operable to rotate the second sun gear and thereby adjust a ratio of a rotational speed of the crankshaft to a rotational speed of the control shaft.
