  • Patent number: 10772971
Abstract: The disclosure provides methods of synthesis of polymeric scaffolds, e.g., those useful for conjugating with a protein based recognition-molecule (PBRM) to form PBRM-polymer-drug conjugates, and PBRM-polymer-drug conjugates thereof. The methods according to the disclosure allow for large-scale preparation of polymeric scaffolds having a high purity. In some embodiments, the methods according to the disclosure also allow for the preparation of scaffolds and conjugates thereof in better yield than previously used methods for preparing same. Also disclosed are methods of purifying polymeric scaffolds.

  • Patent number: 9511368
Abstract: A device for transporting, trapping and escaping a single biomaterial using a magnetic structure, and a method of transporting, trapping and escaping of the single biomaterial using the same are provided, and a method is provided for controlling movement and direction of the single biomaterial including soft magnetic micro structure and magnetic structure in a linear, square storage, apartment type, radial soft magnetic micro structure. Accordingly, the device for transporting, trapping and escaping a single biomaterial and the method for transporting, trapping and escaping single biomaterial using the same can control movement on the lap-on-a-chip with increased precision and ease, by using magnetic force, and thus can be advantageously used in the field of magneto-resistive sensor, or categorization of single cells or biomolecules.

  • Patent number: 9471941
Abstract: A method of managing delivery of content to end users of an application executing on an application server is disclosed. A definition of a first variant of a web page is received, the definition of the first variant specifying that an instance of a first widget is to be included in the first variant at a first region conforming to a page layout of the web page. A definition of a second variant of the web page is received, the definition of the second variant specifying that an instance of a second widget is to be included in the second variant at a second region conforming to the page layout of the web page. A comparison of the first variant and the second variant is presented with respect to a performance metric, the performance metric pertaining to an effectiveness of the web page at bringing in revenues to a network-based publication system.
