    Abstract: An adapter for use with lift forks or the like of a lift truck to allow v accurate positioning of ordnance and the like for attachment to aircraft. The adapter comprises a base which is supported or secured to the lift forks and includes an ordnance load carrying cradle carried on a trolley mechanism that allows degrees of freedom in the fore/aft and lateral directions.
