The invention also includes a handle having an inside and an outside, wherein the first end of the body is connected to the handle, and wherein the outside of the second end of the body is adapted for receiving a plurality of bristles. A plurality of bristles is attached to the outside of the second end of the body and a cavity is defined by the inside of the body and handle. The cavity is connected to the outside of the second end of the body by at least one channel. The invention also includes a removable cap covering an opening at a terminating end of the handle.
