Abstract: A first geo-fence extending along a path taken by a user within a store of a merchant may be determined based at least in part on an electronic device associated with the user. Second geo-fences extending along path(s) taken by employee(s) of the store may be determined based at least in part on electronic device(s) associated with respective employee(s). It may be determined that a portion of the first geo-fence at least partially overlaps with at least one second geo-fence within a window of time, which terminates when the user leaves the store. Based at least in part on determining the overlap, the corresponding respective employees associated with the at least one second geo-fence are selected and information regarding the one or more employees is presented via the electronic device of the user or a point-of-sale (POS) device of the merchant.

Abstract: Geo-fences may be dynamically reconfigured to identify employees that may be of particular interest to users. In some instances, a geo-fence may be defined for a particular user based on a variety of information, in order to identify employees that may be of interest to the user and that are located within proximity to the user. The system may identify employees based on a confidence score that a particular employee or set of employees may have assisted the user during the shopping process. Information regarding the identified employees may be displayed or otherwise output to notify the user of nearby employees that may be of interest, for example in the form of an interactive digital receipt.

Abstract: A service provider may receive job requisition compensation information and/or point of sale (POS) transaction information from a plurality of merchant devices associated with a plurality of merchants. The service provider may categorize the plurality of merchants according to the types of employees employed by the respective merchants, and may further categorize the merchants according to the locations at which they conduct business. The service provider may subsequently determine a compensation recommendation or other compensation information for a particular job requisition offered by a particular merchant. The service provider may further provide instructions to cause a merchant device of the particular merchant to present compensation information within a user interface so as to enable the merchant to view and intelligently adjust compensation for a particular employee.
