  • Publication number: 20240052414
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to methods and composition of a nucleic acid tile with addressable locations for placement of molecular species that can function as sensors, reporters, or enhancers of measurement systems. Embodiments of the present invention may also include a nucleic acid tile with addressable locations for placement of molecular species such that attachment chemistry restricts motion of the probes and permits mixing and matching of probes for multiplexed sensing and detection.

  • Patent number: 11428763
Abstract: A planar inverse anapole microresonator includes: an anapolic substrate; an anapolic conductor that includes a first and second inverse anapolic pattern; each inverse anapolic pattern including: a semi annular arm that terminates in a first arm tendril and a second arm tendril; and a medial arm terminating at a medial tip, and the medial tip of the first inverse anapolic pattern opposes the medial tip of the second inverse anapolic pattern, such that the medial tip of the first inverse anapolic pattern is separated from the medial tip of the second inverse anapolic pattern by a medial gap, and the planar inverse anapole microresonator produces a magnetic field region that concentrates a magnetic field localized between the medial tip of the first inverse anapolic pattern and the medial tip of the second inverse anapolic pattern in response to the planar inverse anapole microresonator being subjected to microwave radiation.

  • Publication number: 20210179653
Abstract: A redox reversible fluorescent probe for performing single-electron transfer fluorescence probing includes: a redox moiety including: a terminal moiety; an electron transfer metal coordinatively bonded to the terminal moiety; and a bridge moiety coordinatively bonded to the electron transfer metal; and a fluorescent moiety covalently bonded to the bridge moiety of the redox moiety and comprising: an electron bandgap mediator that is covalently bonded to the bridge moiety; a coordinate center covalently bonded to the electron bandgap mediator and that forms a Zwitterionic member with an atom in the electron bandgap mediator; and a steric hinder bonded to the electron bandgap mediator to provide steric hindrance for protection of the coordinate center.
