    Abstract: A nanometric material includes nitrogen-doped titanium oxides, which is obtained by injection of a titanium oxide precursor in the liquid or gaseous form and of a gaseous nitrogenous compound into a laser pyrolysis reactor. The material is used as cosmetic agent for protecting against ultraviolet radiation, thereby improving protection against UV radiation and in particular against UV-A radiation.
