Abstract: There is provided a foot exercising device of exercising a foot using the device. The foot exercising device comprises a foot support and a tilting arrangement. A sensor means is arranged in the tilting arrangement and/or on the elevated footrest to measure the pressure applied to the calf and the pressure on the sole of a foot supported on the footrest respectively. A display means presents the measured pressure to an operator of the foot exercising device. There is also provided a method for controlling and/or monitoring an exercise of a foot using the foot exercising device.

The foot support includes an elevated footrest to support a foot of a person thereon and a platform, having an extensive floor-contact area when in operation, coupled to the elevated footrest for supporting the elevated footrest on a floor. The lift wedge to be arranged on the elevated footrest is operable to receive the toes thereon. The tilting arrangement includes a pair of spaced apart fixed plates coupled to the elevated footrest, a pair of spaced apart movable plates hingedly coupled to the fixed plates, a centre plate arranged between the pair of spaced apart movable plates, and a rod pivotally coupled to the centre plate to exert pressure on at least the heel, the middle foot bones and the toes to perform foot correction exercises.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an exercising apparatus for stretching of the calf muscle, comprising a foot support arranged with an inclination (?). On one side on the foot support a bar extends in a vertical direction and is rotatably arranged in a joint on the foot support. The bar comprises a handle part and a supporting part. The supporting part extends at least around a part of the calf, where stretching of a calf muscle on the user can be achieved by moving the bar forward towards a first part of the foot support while a heel part of the user is secured at the foot support.

Abstract: A shoe horn (1) of a flexible, thin material such as plastic or metal that, in use, changes its shape to approximately correspond to the rear or inner portion of a shoe where the heel of the user is to be inserted. Its size does not significantly exceed the standard size of a bank (ATM) or credit card, so that it can be stored, for example, in a wallet. The shoe horn can comprise two or more portions (1a, 1b) of different shapes having shoulders or hook-shaped portions (1c) that prevent the shoe horn, in use, from gliding down into the shoe.
