    Abstract: An exercise device includes an adjustable strap to secure the device to a free standing object, such as a piece of furniture having two sections. The strap includes hook fabric portions and a loop fabric portion to adjust to a desired length to fit within the sections of the furniture. The exercise device also includes oval rings to attach to the strap at ends thereof. Each oval ring includes a bar located in its center to engage the strap. The position of the oval rings is secured against the furniture. Attachments for exercising, such as exercise bands, are attached to the oval rings so that a user operates the exercise device as needed, then disassembles the device for storage or to use elsewhere.
