  • Patent number: 11922554
Abstract: The disclosed systems and methods provide a cloud-based framework for the creation and/or enhancement of high quality media content for dissemination over a computerized network. The disclosed framework is configured to operate in accordance with at least one of a content creation, content enhancement and/or rendering template. Such templates can function as rules engines that call specific types of ML or AI algorithms or routines that modify the input data according to the type of template being used. Thus, the disclosed framework can be utilized for creating new high-quality media, improving upon existing media and/or reformatting media for rendering upon dissemination.

  • Publication number: 20230047766
Abstract: A method for treating vasospasm may include measuring cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) to obtain a baseline biomarker value. The method may include administering a first dose of a trehalose solution. The method may include draining the CSF to maintain a current intracranial pressure (ICP). The method may include measuring a trehalose concentration in the CSF. The method may include measuring a biomarker value in the CSF. • Patent number: 11482143
Abstract: A Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) device includes a substrate, an electronic circuit mounted on the substrate, a movable element mounted on the substrate whose movement is controlled by application of an operating voltage by the electronic circuit, a stopper mounted on the substrate that stops the movement of the movable element through mechanical contact of the stopper with the movable element, and an auto-inspection mechanism that applies a test voltage between the movable element and the stopper and determines whether or not a leak current is present. The auto-inspection mechanism is mounted, at least in part, on the substrate. The test voltage is lower than the operating voltage.

  • Patent number: 11282430
Abstract: An image display system includes an array of pixel elements, column drivers, row drivers, a look up table memory, and a controller. Input video data including gradation information of an input image is received. According to rules of a look up table, the input video data is assigned to multiple groups, binary signals for respective groups are generated using the respective input video data assigned to each group, and an order of the binary signals within at least some groups is rearranged to form respective binary control signals without conflicting state changes. The controller transmits the binary control signals to the column drivers and transmits a select signal that selects the row drivers. Alternatively, the controller transmits the binary control signals to the row drivers and transmits a select signal that selects the column drivers. The select and binary control signals are in synchronization with a clock signal.

  • Publication number: 20210340005
Abstract: A micro-electro-mechanical systems device includes a substrate, each of an electronic circuit, an etch stop layer, and a hinge base mounted on the substrate, and an electrode connected to the circuit. A hinge is mounted on the base and is made of a doped semiconductor. The hinge includes a vertical support that extends vertically from the base, and a horizontally-extending hinge tab contacts the vertical support. The device also includes a movable mirror and a mirror via that couples the mirror to the hinge tab. The mirror is electrostatically attracted to the electrode responsive to application of a voltage between the electrode and the mirror, and movement of the mirror changes a relative position between the hinge tab and the vertical support. A stopper is mounted on the substrate that mechanically stops the movement of the mirror before the mirror contacts the electrode or etch stop layer.

  • Patent number: 7739665
Abstract: An HTML package of the Windows foundation classes framework allows Java developers to write Java code normally as if they were writing to any user interface framework. The WFC framework converts their coding into standard HTML for display on an Internet Explorer version 4.0 web browser, a selected browser or generic HTML if so indicated by the developer. The HTML generation process is replaceable with third party generators to specifically target selected browsers with differing capabilities. During code writing key value pairs are maintained in arrays and are used to generate styles and attributes, which are further used to generate HTML. Also, several states are used when the code is being written to manage modification and display of HTML directly on a browser. The states and movement between them are transparent to the programmer because the states are handled internally by the library.

  • Patent number: 7114128
Abstract: An object-oriented framework comprises system services, objects, and integration interfaces which unify retrieval and browsing of data among multiple different application programs, document formats, and local and remote data storage sites. The framework provides a hyperlink object which encapsulates general hyperlink navigation functions. The hyperlink object has a moniker which references a hyperlink's target, and a location string which designates a location in the target. The hyperlink object uses the moniker to retrieve the target as an object in the framework, and causes the object to display a view of the target at the location. The framework also provides a browse context object which maintains a navigation stack of navigated hyperlink targets, and allows passing of window and navigation tool bar position information to a frame in which the target is displayed to effect the appearance of window reuse when navigating between frames.

  • Patent number: 6959294
Abstract: An application and a context-based help system operate on a computer. The application includes a plurality of components that effectuate application functions, where each component of the application is constructed to describe a current context of the component representative of a current state of the component. At least some of the components are active at any one time. The help system includes a help engine that receives the current context from each active component, dynamically builds a current overall context of the application based on each received current context, locates help topics based on the current overall context, and filters and prioritizes the located help topics.
