Abstract: Invented are compounds of formula I and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, and prodrugs thereof, which are DGAT2 inhibitors. Also provided are methods of making compounds of Formula I, pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds of Formula I, and methods of using these compounds to treat hepatic steatosis, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), fibrosis, type-2 diabetes mellitus, obesity, hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, atherosclerosis, cognitive decline, dementia, cardiorenal diseases such as chronic kidney diseases and heart failure and related diseases and conditions, comprising administering a compound of Formula I to a patient in need thereof.

Abstract: The present invention is a method and system for generating real-time rewards, loyalty points, and advertising using a mobile application and quick response codes. The mobile application consists of a quick response code reader (QR Reader) which has the following components: a geo location capability; and three user options/functions directly on the QR reader. The three user options/functions are: (1) My Profile, which allows users to update their profile and store their member numbers; (2) Points, which allows users to view the points accumulated from visits to stores and frequency of visits to stores in real-time; and (3) Share, which allows users to share a QR Code with other users and vendors.
