The protective portion has a palm end and a finger end. The palm end is located closer to the wrist strap than the finger end. The finger end is formed offset from a centerline axis of the palm end of the protective portion.

In some implementations, the hook shape of the first member is formed in a first direction relative to a grip axis defined by the grip portion, and the hook shape of a second member is formed in a second opposite direction that the hook shape of the first member. In some implementations the hook shape of the first member and the hook shape of the second member are formed in a same direction relative to the grip axis.
