    Abstract: Various methods and devices are provided for dilating tissue. In one embodiment, a braided tube is provided having an inner lumen extending along a longitudinal axis between first and second ends, and at least one axial support member slidably disposed along a length of the braided tube. In use, the axial support member(s) can move longitudinally to selectively increase and decrease a diameter of the inner lumen of the braided tube, and thereby dilate tissue.
