Patents by Inventor Victor Gerald Grafe

Victor Gerald Grafe has filed for patents to protect the following inventions. This listing includes patent applications that are pending as well as patents that have already been granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

  • Publication number: 20200373855
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention can harvest wind energy based on the transport of air ions using Solid-State Wind-Energy Transformers (SWETs). These devices comprise coronal emitters that create charged air molecules. The charged air molecules are transported by wind to create useable electric power. SWETs can be deployed on existing structures, such as power-line poles or buildings, potentially eliminating much of the costs associated with other renewable energy systems.

  • Publication number: 20150347833
Abstract: The present invention provides methods and apparatuses that can provide three dimensional measurements of objects, without contact and with advantages not present in the art. Embodiments of the invention can be used to provide noncontact biometrics, in small footprints.

  • Publication number: 20140112872
Abstract: The present invention provides methods and apparatuses for detecting, measuring, or locating cells or substances present in even very low concentrations in vivo in subjects, using targeted magnetic nanoparticles and special magnetic systems. The magnetic systems can comprise magnetizing subsystems and sensors subsystems, including as examples SQUID sensors and atomic magnetometers. The magnetic systems can detect, measure, or location particles bound by antibodies to cells or substances of predetermined types. Example magnetic systems are capable of detecting sub-nanogram amounts of these nanoparticles.

  • Patent number: 5675757
Abstract: A data flow computer and method of computing is disclosed which utilizes a data driven processor node architecture. The apparatus in a preferred embodiment includes a plurality of First-In-First-Out (FIFO) registers, a plurality of related data flow memories, and a processor. The processor makes the necessary calculations and includes a control unit to generate signals to enable the appropriate FIFO register receiving the result. In a particular embodiment, there are three FIFO registers per node: an input FIFO register to receive input information form an outside source and provide it to the data flow memories; an output FIFO register to provide output information from the processor to an outside recipient; and an internal FIFO register to provide information from the processor back to the data flow memories. The data flow memories are comprised of four commonly addressed memories.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 14, 1995
Date of Patent: October 7, 1997
Inventors: George S. Davidson, Victor Gerald Grafe
