  • Publication number: 20100084292
Abstract: A plunger caddy assembly includes a plunger and a caddy that receives the plunger. The plunger is selectively rotatable in a first direction relative to the caddy to release the plunger from the caddy. The plunger is selectively rotatable in a second direction relative to the caddy to secure the plunger within the caddy.

  • Publication number: 20100043135
Abstract: An example adjustable showerhead assembly includes a shroud and a showerhead movable between a first position attached to the shroud and a second position detached from the shroud. A flexible conduit communicates fluid to the showerhead. The shroud contains the flexible conduit when the showerhead is in the first position.

  • Publication number: 20100037388
Abstract: According to the invention, a grab bar having a three dimensional shape provides a support for a shower head. A bracket that holds the shower head has a pair of arms or the like for gripping the grab bar. The bracket slideably engages the grab bar so the shower head may be positioned as desired by a user. According to an embodiment of the invention, a shower wall has an opening conforming to the shape of the grab bar.

  • Publication number: 20100037386
Abstract: A tub has a relatively low barrier over which a user may more easily step access or leave the tub. The barrier has a first side in fluid contact with fluid in the tub and a top. The barrier has a notch disposed in the first side and the top of the barrier for allowing water in the tub to flow therethrough in an overflow condition. Because the tub has a relatively low barrier, the higher notch allows a user to be covered by more fluid if therein.

  • Publication number: 20100037383
Abstract: A bath environment, such as a shower or a tub enclosure, has an outer wall and an area built into the outer wall that extends out of the bath environment. The area supports a user so that a user may pivot thereon to enter into the bath environment.

  • Publication number: 20100037385
Abstract: A bath environment, such as a tub or shower, has a seat upon which a user sits, and a first panel, usually glass, for enclosing a first portion of the bath environment proximal to the seat. The first panel has a width roughly correlated to a width of the seat to allow a user easy access to the seat and to the panel to manipulate the panel. The invention also has a second panel for enclosing a second portion of the bath environment. The second panel has a hinge and a pair of partitions connected by the hinge so that the partitions pivot about the hinge to allow access to the bath environment distal from the seat. Also included is a stanchion that is disposed on and extends upwardly from an outer edge of the bath environment to a given height. The first panel has a length that extends downwardly from an upper region of the bath environment and ends at the height of the stanchion.

  • Publication number: 20100037390
Abstract: According to the invention, a bathing environment, such as a shower or a tub, has an entry way that does not encumber entry or exit from a bathing environment. The bathing environment has a drain in the entry way so that the entry way remains substantially level so that a user encounters no threshold if entering or exiting said bathing environment. The drain has a channel in the entry way for collecting water that flows to it, and a cover over the channel. The environment has a floor that slopes gently to the channel so that water is directed to the channel for removal therefrom.

  • Publication number: 20100037387
Abstract: According to the invention, a seat is provided for use in a shower or a bath. The seat has a base for supporting a user, a support, such as a pair of legs, for supporting the weight of a user, and a bracket for removeably attaching to a grab bar. The seat is dimensioned so that the grab bar does not support the load of the user.

  • Publication number: 20100037384
Abstract: A bathing environment such as a shower or a tub, has a knee wall in a wall of the environment, a stanchion disposed across from the knee wall, and a bench supported by the knee wall and the stanchion so a user may slide across said bench into said bathing environment. According to an embodiment of the invention, the stanchion has a groove having a depth equal to a thickness of the bench for receiving the bench therein while maintaining a flush surface across the stanchion and the bench to allow a user to slide thereacross.
