The article includes a capillary tube having an inlet and an outlet, the inlet of the capillary tube being in fluid communication with the outlet of the reservoir. The article further includes a heater configured to heat and at least initially volatilize the liquid in the capillary tube. The reservoir is configured to be manually compressed to pump the liquid from the reservoir into the capillary tube.
